David ChangCall me Dave.
I’m a former corporate executive, serial entrepreneur, investor, and mentor, with a background in digital transformation and a hands-on approach to AI. I enjoy helping people shape their ideas, build businesses, and find their next step.
I’ve held senior leadership roles at Constellation (NASDAQ: CEG), NextEra Energy (NYSE: NEE), and Direct Energy (current parent NRG, NYSE: NRG), including Chief Digital Officer and VP of Digital roles. Corporate life and entrepreneurship have kept me curious about products, organizations, business, and the choices people make.
I challenge the status quo. I left a comfortable executive career to build businesses of my own and relentlessly pursue what I love.
Digital technology has shaped my work in products, customer experiences, and business operations. AI is the next chapter of that same journey. For me, AI literacy means understanding models’ capabilities and limits, connecting data, agents, and workflows, and testing them in a real business.
